在英国申请奥地利签证多久可以拿到？

其实是有2个问题：

1，在英国申请奥地利签证多久可以拿到？
2，奥地利大使馆网页写道“Recent (i.e. last 3 months Balance not older than one week- online printouts can be accepted) United Kingdom bank statement in the applicant’s name and address showing details and a balance”需要3个月的银行帐单，在网上银行直接打印的也可接受。这是真的么？有人拿过自己打印的银行帐单申请奥地利签证通过么？我觉得这个稍悬，虽然它那么写了。。。
