我们真的能在DOLLAR UK上面租美国车开吗？

我们将在2012年春节到美西，准备SFO提车，LAS还车。由于DOLLAR的价格比较好，基本上就定了这家。

现在问题是看DOLLAR UK的网站www.dollar.co.uk，选择有关车型、日期之后，里面的rental detail这样说：
“Residency restrictions:
Local residents may have additional restrictions. Bookings are limited to residents of website’s operating country. If a website in your home country of residence is not currently offered by company, please refer to our company’s .COM website. Please refer to the aforementioned “Drivers Must” clause for driver restrictions.”
貌似DOLLAR UK不适用于UK之外的国家居民，不知道俺有没有理解对。
然后DOLLAR中国有个春节租车优惠12%的活动，还包含了PPP和SLI保险，吸引力剧增啊！
