LZ是法国永久居留吗？这个也可以免墨签的。

Passport required.
- Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid
on arrival.
- Warning: if departing from the USA (regardless of any

destination passport exemptions), a valid passport and/or

accepted departure document TIRULES/R9 is required by the
US immigration authorities.


Visa required, except for A stay of max. 180 days:
- for nationals of China (People's Rep.) provided holding

Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) passports;
- for alien residents of France holding a permanent residence
permit.
- for holders of a valid visa for the USA.
Visa required, except for A max. stay of 180 days for holders
of an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC), provided endorsed
"Valid for travel to MEX".
Minors:
- Alien minors up to/incl. 17 years old may be included in
their parent's passport, provided travelling with the
parent.
- All minors under 14 years of age, when travelling alone,
should be met by an adult.
Additional Information:

- A valid Mexican visa in an expired passport is accepted,
provided also carrying a valid passport.
Warning:
- Visitors holding damaged passports and/or passport replacing
documents will be refused entry.
