有持美国签证免签入哥斯达黎加的朋友吗？

网上查下来，哥斯达黎加与中国07年建交
现在可以有免签条例：
If any citizen of the mentioned countries possesses entry visa (as opposed to transit visa) for the United States of America, Canada and/or to any of the countries of the European Union stamped in their passport, with a minimum duration of three months as of the date of entry into Costa Rica, the shall be exempted from applying for an entry visa into Costa Rica. In such case, the conditions of entrance shall be the same as those of countries belonging to the second group, including the exemption pay a warrantee deposit.

就是说，入境哥斯达黎加时，如果有三个月的美国签证（我目前有2年的L1），就可以免签进哥斯达黎加，并最多停留30天？
有类似经历的朋友可以进来确认一下吗？
除了护照签证，还要带上其他资料吗？
